Celebrate new beginnings with families, friends, and business partners with Ya Ge's specially curated menus from $98++ per person to $2488++ for 10 persons. Guests can look forward to a repertoire of inspired creations such as the Braised Seafood Treasures in Superior Broth, Double-boiled Superior Soup with Whole Chicken and Shark's Fin stuffed in Pig's Maw, 5-head Abalone, Australian Asparagus with Braised Pork Trotter, Smoked Herb-infused Irish ‘Pipa’ Duck, Stir-fried Australian Lobster with Truffle, Pine Nuts and Hokkaido Milk with White Asparagus, and finish with the exquisite Steamed Bird's Nest with Peach Resin and Coconut alongside Longevity Peach Mochi. Vegetarians are catered for with a 6-course menu at $88++ per person.

A vibrant and playful Yu Sheng presentation! This year's Yu Sheng is artfully shaped like a snake, adorned with a colourful array of freshly julienned carrots, radish, and pickled ginger. Topped with crispy eel strips, yellowtail, and mango-flavoured koi puddings, the dish is a feast for the eyes. The passionfruit kumquat dressing adds a unique and refreshing twist to this classic dish.

  • Complimentary delivery to a single location (excluding all offshore islands except Sentosa) in Singapore is available for orders of S$500nett and above.
