Start your dining journey with exquisite dim sum creations such as the Steamed Sea Bream Dumpling with Black Bean Paste, Gourd-shaped Puff with Bacon, and Steamed Pea Shoots Dumpling with Salted Yolk. Each dim sum item is priced at $9 for 3 pieces, with the Deep-fried Yam Paste Puff available at $8—offering comfort, finesse, and flavour in every bite.
For something heartier, explore new à la carte highlights including Charcoal-Grilled Iberico Pork Jowl with Hairy Fig, Crispy Eel with Roasted Almond, Roasted In-boned Pork Belly with Fresh Pineapple Sauce, and Pan-fried Vermicelli with Black Bean Sauce. Diners can also savour seafood favourites like the Steamed Red Garoupa Fillet and Wild Five Grain Fried Rice.
