► Half Day Meeting Package (from S$78++ per person)

▪ Usage of private room from 9am to 2pm or 12pm to 5pm
▪ Existing room set up of two (2) round tables
▪ Free-flow coffee and tea
▪ One (1) coffe break with three (3) snack items (Chef's choice)
▪ Chinese Set Lunch at Ya Ge (11.30am - 2pm)

► Packages includes:
▪ Complimentary WIFI access for all attendees
▪ One (1) electrical power point for facilitator/organiser
▪ One (1) flipchart and/or one (1) whiteboard with assorted markers
▪ Complimentary usage of One (1) 55 inch LG TV with HDMI/VGA Input
▪ Complimentary usage of One (1) wireless handheld microphone
▪ Access to basic built-in audio and visual equipment
▪ Registration table with two (2) chairs
▪ Writing materials, mints and drinking water for attendees
▪ Complimentary carpark coupons for 30% of confirmed attendance
▪ Additional carpark coupons at $10nett per coupon

► Terms and Conditions
▪ A minimum of 10 persons is required. 
▪ Advance booking is required and room is subject to availability.
▪ A non refundable deposit of S$500 is required upon confirmation.
▪ A surcharge of S$200++ per hour will be levied for extending room usage. Extension is subject to availability.
▪ Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled less than 5 working days prior to meeting date or no show.
▪ Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
▪ Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts, privileges and promotions.
▪ The management reserves the rights to amend or withdraw the package without prior notice.
